High-impact and full of energy or slivers of ephemeral connections, moments and stories make are lives worth talking about. My passion is preserving those moments and stories in evocative images whose meaning and impact only deepens over time. Anyone with a camera can snap what’s there, but making images that capture the essence of a moment is truly special.

I’ve spent my professional life documenting important, can’t miss moments with a unique style. My approach is informed by more than twenty years as a documentary photographer and newspaper photojournalist. Photojournalism isn’t a style, it’s a way of being with a camera.

My goal at every wedding is to bring an unobtrusive but present and calming approach while capturing your day as it unfolds. My approach ranges from not messing with a good thing when to a more unique and personal artistic vision in pursuit of interpreting the world as it is in cool, exciting and fun ways.

You should spend your wedding day exactly as you wish. I’m there to capture it as it unfolds and help out when needed. Your priorities are my priorities. Each client’s unique needs, hopes and dreams are met with a flexible approach that make photography the easiest and most enjoyable part of your wedding day experience. Well, that and all the kissing, dancing, hugging, eating, drinking and celebrating.
