Warm welcome to our new members! Lucky Productions & Makeup by Aleksandra

Soiree Philadelphia is excited to welcome our two newest members!  Lucky Productions Cinematography & Makeup by Aleksandra

Lucky Productions is the collaborative effort of Therese and Danielle, two filmmakers, friends and artists who love what they do. Lucky Productions has a fresh outlook on wedding cinema and is a small company that approaches each client as an individual documentary film project. This ensures that your wedding video will be uniquely yours, infused with your distinct personalities.

Danielle and Therese have been working both independently and together in the event film business for years and have a combined total of over 15 years experience. It is Lucky Productions mission to bring an artistic and documentary feel to wedding films.

Aleksandra‘s adventure with makeup started in communistic Poland when she was 9 years old; her mother took her to a shop to buy her first mascara, however the only mascara in stock was in purple! Aleksandra loved it and since that day she knew that makeup can be fun and full of surprises! Aleksandra graduated college in Poland and the next day she was on the plane to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a makeup artist. Shortly after her arrival she attended the renowned Makeup Designory in Soho. Right after graduation she established relationships with some top photographers in Philadelphia. Once her portfolio grew she started receiving more and more requests for bridal makeup and that became her favorite field to work in. Now she is one of the few fortunate people who do what they truly love.

Aleksandra’s clients include Marie Claire, Philadelphia Bride Magazine, Redbook Magainze & Shape Magazine.

Soiree Philadelphia could not be more excited to welcome these talented new members!

Soiree Philadelphia has moved!

We are thrilled to announce that Soiree Philadelphia has outgrown our previous location, so we have a new address!

Soiree Philadelphia’s boutique is now located at:
305 Cherry Street
Philadelphia, PA 19106

We are just one block over from our previous location, but our new space is going to open up so many more possibilities for our brides and wedding professionals….

The location (a former gallery space) offers a gorgeous front portico, with an arched brick entrance, paved entrance and painted frescos… Floor to ceiling windows showcase the entrance, with exposed wood pillars that are original to this historic space.

Once you enter, the open floor plan features hardwood floors, expansive wall space and an antique piano adds even more charm (can you tell how much we love this new space?).

With over 1800 square feet of space, Soiree Philadelphia will now be able to host small events (such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, networking events and more). With this new space, we will be able to meet the needs of even more wedding & event professionals, which makes planning even easier for brides to be (and that is whole point!).
And of course means we get to throw a fantastic grand RE-opening party (we love a party!).  Plans are in the works, but to make sure you receive your invitation, please email us at soireephiladelphia@gmail.com to ensure you will be on the VIP guest list!

We are still settling in, but we do have special preview days available for event professionals, call Laura at 609.954.0488 to set up an appointment.

Trend we love… Rose Gold

Rose gold is that perfect compromise – a little glitzy, but with a dash of pink to make it whimsical and fun. And since rose gold has been popular since the 1920s (Cartier started a trend by mixing different color gold together in their designs), adding a few rose golds accents to your wedding ensemble won’t look dated in a few years time…
